Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Free Trial Class

Free trial classes carry no charge and require no refund. Attending a trial class does not create any payment obligation.

3.2 Cooling-Off Period — Full Refund

Once the cooling-off period has passed (or the second live session has occurred, whichever is earlier), fees are generally non-refundable, as your seat has reserved mentor time and cohort capacity that cannot be resold.

Exceptions may be considered case-by-case for genuine circumstances such as a documented medical emergency — please contact us to discuss.

3.4 Batch Transfer (Alternative to Refund)

Instead of a refund after the cooling-off period, learners may request to transfer their enrollment to the next available cohort of the same course, subject to seat availability. One free transfer is permitted per enrollment.

3.5 Cancellation by Creoversity

If Creoversity cancels or indefinitely postpones a cohort (for example, due to insufficient enrollment), affected learners will receive, at their choice:

Fees are not refundable where a learner is removed from a cohort for violating Creoversity’s Code of Conduct, or where non-attendance is due to the learner’s own scheduling choices after the cooling-off period has passed. This is subject to any rights available to the learner under applicable law.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
