Welcome to Creoversity ("Creoversity," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thecreoversity.com (the "Website") and enrollment in any course, program, or service offered by Creoversity (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enroll in our courses.
1.2 About Creoversity
Creoversity is a founder-led design and technology education studio based in Bangalore, India, offering live, mentor-led online courses in areas including UI/UX design, web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and data analytics.
Creoversity is a private training provider. Creoversity is not a university, college, or government-accredited institution, and its certificates are not a substitute for a recognized degree or diploma.
1.3 Eligibility
Our courses are intended for learners aged 18 and above. Learners under 18 may enroll only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the registration and payment on the learner's behalf.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.4 Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable course fee and receipt of a confirmation from Creoversity.
Information provided during registration (name, email, phone number, and any other requested details) must be accurate and current.
Creoversity reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where information provided is found to be false or where seats in a cohort are full.
1.5 Course Delivery
All courses are delivered live, online, via video-conferencing tools (such as Zoom or Google Meet) and course-specific software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or code editors) as applicable to the course.
Learners are responsible for ensuring they have a working device, stable internet connection, and any required software to participate.
Session recordings, where made available, are for the enrolled learner's personal reference only and may not be redistributed.
1.6 Free Trial Class
Where offered, a free trial class is provided at no cost and with no obligation to enroll further.
Trial class availability is limited and subject to cohort scheduling. Attending a trial class does not guarantee a seat in a paid cohort.
